Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Our goods are able to be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase if returned in the same condition they are received. Customer is responsible for returns postage costs unless agreed otherwise.
Perishable goods including Frozen Rodents are non returnable due to being a Cat 3 Animal By Product. For any instances where goods are defrosted in transit, please contact us for a refund or replacement. We do not require the goods to be sent back to us, but please provide photo evidence when contacting us. This is only applicable to orders delivered on time and within the standard delivery window (Next Day before Noon).
Should you wish to cancel your order - please contact us to do so, providing the order has not been shipped, cancellation is not a problem. If your order has already been shipped, we will be able to arrange a collection or accept return of the order (excluding frozen foods) minus the cost of shipping. There is a charge for courier collections. In any instances, please contact us.
